Judicial Remedy
Legal defense is a means of protection in court where the dispute is resolved by arbitration judge whose decision is binding. Dispute resolution is a highly structured procedure governed by procedural legislation. Such hearings are held only in a court room, strict rules apply to all documentation, court-room order is followed, parties are heard in order of priority. Favorable resolution depends primarily on evidence that the parties in argument provide. It is worth noting that statements without merit can hardly lead to reaching desirable outcome; each and every word said in court must be supported by documents or witness-statements, recognized by the other party or confirmed by alternative evidence.
In case you cannot afford spending too much time learning the administrative, arbitration and civil procedure legislation, (in fact, it does take some extensive academic background) and do not want to be present at court, you may consider hiring a lawyer or legal specialist; keep in mind that all costs of legal services are part of court proceedings costs and are eligible for reimbursement from the defeated party.
