Full-time Legal Support - Outsourcing
Full-time legal support is practical and useful to organizations that do not have their own legal department.
Outsourcing legal services has some well known advantages:
- Cost reduction -– the monthly fees of outsourced full-time legal support are generally lower than maintaining your own legal department where one can incur wages, rent, IT support and overhead;
- Efficiency –- you do not need to maintain full staff that specializes in different fields of law;
- Uninterrupted service -– no sick leaves, vacations, business trips etc;
- Independence –- opinion that is independent from internal pressures, conflicting relationships between employees, management, shareholders or other stakeholders, personal sympathies or favorable treatment, and biases in legal decisions.
Usually, full-time support does not charge out services outside our office premises, which allows the client to save on expenses such as visit to the client. Depending on the client needs, client visits could be included in the monthly services package.
Depending on the complexity of the subject, we generally provide answers to client questions within 1-3 business days, including document preparation. For urgent matters, we provide assistance immediately, i.e. consulting via phone, or within a few hours of receiving inquiry.
