Verbal Consultation

For Individuals:

We often think that we understand legal system and can give advice to our family and friends, though this could be very damaging. Why are we so confident? Unfortunately, the sources of our confidence are rather trivial: past experience (i.e. I was in this situation before), or reference to TV or other media where similar situation was examined. Nevertheless, the truth is that the two cases are hardly similar and the person giving advice does not necessarily understand the substance of the legal case.

Certainly, the services of legal expert or lawyer are not free; however, it might turn out to be much cheaper to consult on complex subjects, such as inheritance, prenuptial agreements, real estate, and business incorporation, than to pay for legal representation in court further down the road.

For Corporations:

Verbal consulting might not appear as relevant for corporations as it is for individuals; however, your employees might find verbal consulting on current issues quite useful. Usually verbal consultations provide timely answers to questions of immediate concern or urgency which are important for making day-to-day management decisions. Later, if the verbal consultation is found useful, we can further assist you with complete or partial legal services such as assistance with contract preparation or representation in court.
